IN 2016 we traveled all around the world and personally visited a couple hundred rooftop bars. We’re planning on even more spots in 2017. Why would we do something like this? As longtime childhood friends, we recognized that there was no resource for the best rooftop bars in world cities, so now we have the world’s biggest guide — The Rooftop Guide — a website dedicated to rooftop bars where we review, blog about, and collect information from every place.
During our rooftop trips we visit as many rooftop bars as we can in each city, where we often meet the owners to discuss their rooftop and how we can help them. We also try rooftop pools, signature cocktails, and specialties from the kitchens, to get as complete an experience as we can. We post daily on our Instagram (the_rooftopguide) and blog so that our followers can see what’s happening all the time.
We have three three main objectives: Help visitors find the best and most suitable rooftop bars, help the rooftop bars attract more visitors, and act as an inspiration when you are booking a trip.
