As for how I afforded all this travel on a teacher’s salary, I employed (as always) a number of money-saving techniques, lifestyle changes, and strategies that I’ve outlined in this vintage blog post.
It’s also important to note that, as a healthy, able-bodied person with zero debt and no dependents, I am fortunate to be in a position to make travel a priority in the first place.
I don’t take this privilege for granted in the least.
So, without any further ado, here is a video chronicling my jaunt around the world. I am blessed to have seen some amazing things; I am even more grateful to have shared these adventures with some amazing people. I can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store!
