Voice of the Colorado

Colorado National Parks

The story of the Colorado begins high up on the Continental Divide where the Rocky Mountain sun turns snowpack into meltwater. These alpine bogs and streams are some of the most peaceful places on earth. You’ll find countless trout streams for fly fishing, hot springs for soaking, and whitewater rapids for paddling. As the river cuts across the Colorado Plateau it, continues to shape the landscape, nourishing croplands and vineyards so that every sip, every bite, brings us back to the river. Come see where the river takes you.
