JR Riel

JR Riel is a Hawaii born native who is addicted to living abroad. Being raised in a multicultural family, he reads, writes and thinks from the perspective of an indigenous person. Currently he resides in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan but is toying with the idea of transplanting to the Visayan islands of the Philippines. Follow along with his musings on culture, food, language and travel at The Drifter Journals. You can also find him @Twitter and Tumblr.
