Sarah Webb grew up in Bozeman, Montana--an outdoor mecca that allowed her to develop a true passion for the environment and being outdoors. At the University of Puget Sound, she majored in Political Theory with a double minor in Spanish and Environmental Policy & Decision-Making. After graduating in May of 2012, Sarah moved to the village of Anaikatti, located in rural Tamil Nadu, India. She is currently teaching at a tribal school for underprivileged children in the village. Right now, Sarah is working on an ethnography that details the lives of women living in the Irula Tribe. Living in India has sparked a passion for journalism and photography, which Sarah intends to pursue alongside a graduate degree in International Development and Conservation.
