Brooklyn has eight, while Queens (the borough that Andrew Zimmern claims would be the world’s greatest food city if it were not one of the boroughs) has just one.
Another noticeable trend is that the list is mostly populated by New American, French, Japanese and Korean restaurants. Most are dinner-only as well, with only a few offering takeout.
