If you’re an Airbnb power user, you’ve probably used it in many different countries. The experience is always different or that’s at least what we expect. One of the reasons to choose Airbnb over a hotel is getting to know a bit better the local culture — staying at a local house, sometimes even sharing it with the owner, seems more authentic than all those hotel rooms that seem to be the same all over the world (that’s, at least, what we like to believe).
But if you’re immersing yourself in a different culture, you should also be extra careful to respect their customs and manners. Things that are considered ok or even good practice at home could be very rude when you’re on the other side of the world. And this applies to Airbnb too, especially if you’re sharing the apartment. Thankfully, the guys at GoCompare thought about this and put together this useful infographic for Airbnb’s top 10 trending locations of 2017.
