Located at the foot of Tianmen Mountain, China, Wave Valley is one of the most picturesque places on Earth. Also known as Langshan Mountain, the valley is a hidden gem located in the Hunan Province of China, known for its towering cliffs, lush green foliage and crystal-clear waters. It’s pretty obvious why it’s been attracting visitors for centuries.

Wave Valley’s main attraction is its otherworldly scenery. The towering cliffs that line the valley are adorned with lush vegetation and numerous waterfalls, making for a stunning backdrop as you explore the area. You can also take in some of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever witness from atop one of the cliffs, or take a leisurely stroll along the cobblestone paths that wind through the valley floor. The region is also home to many interesting rock formations, including unusual cliff faces with jagged edges and crevices carved out by wind and erosion. These formations create mesmerizing views that can be enjoyed from above or below ground level. In addition to the hills and rocks, Wave Valley also features several freshwater lakes and rivers that provide beautiful reflections of the surrounding scenery.
