If you visit Hawai’i during mango season (July to October), you can help yourself to fruit from the tree outside this beach front estate. Although this is a little more expensive than many other listings, you get much of your money with a stay here. If you want to get away from busy beaches, main touristy spots, and crowds, there is where you want to be. The home is a quick bike ride from Tunnels Beach, which has some of Kauai’s best snorkeling and opportunities to swim with sea turtles. The newly renovated cottage has panoramic ocean views from every room — including the bathroom with a tub looking out over the water.
