Mapped: Which Side of the Road Does the World Drive On?

I LEARNT to drive on the right, so when I lived in Ireland, where people drive on the left side of the road, I decided to put my license away and use public transportation instead. Driving on the other side of the road was not something I was ready to try, but if you think you can do it, check out Reddit user MrFlow‘s map to see where in the world you’ll be able to practise.

According to Statista, “163 countries and territories have right-hand drive traffic while vehicles use the left-side in 76 countries” and “only four countries in Europe still drive on the left […] the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Malta and Cyprus.”
