I’ve always been a good sleeper, so I didn’t realize how rare that is until I started interacting with people outside my family (we’re all good at sleeping). Now I value my 8 hours of sleep a lot more. What I had never thought about is how sleep habits can be different from country to country. After all, it’s kind of a universal activity we all do, isn’t it?
