Walmart is hosting a free drive-in movie experience at 160 of its Supercenter locations nationwide, from August 14 to October 21. There will be a mix of retro family classics such as Space Jam, The Wizard of Oz, Ghostbusters, and E. T. The Extra-Terrestrial, as well as contemporary blockbusters like Black Panther and Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. The movies will be projected onto a large screen while the sound will be transmitted through standard FM radio.

In order to ensure safety and uphold social distancing rules, cars will be spaced out and guests will be asked to remain inside for the duration of the event. Wearing face coverings whenever stepping outside of the vehicle will also be mandatory, and as this is a family-friendly event, no alcohol will be allowed.

Gates will open at 6:00 PM and movies will start at 7:30 PM; late entry won’t be permitted. The number of tickets for each location will be determined based on its capacity. Reservations must be made online, as no tickets will be available at the door.

To get your free tickets and find out more about the pop-up locations, visit the event’s official website.
