Editor’s note: Last winter, Matador Ambassador Dylan Siggers went on a ski tour of Quebec’s Chic-Choc Moutnains, located in Gaspésie National Park on the province’s Gaspé Peninsula. Where the land meets the St. Lawrence River, dramatic cliffs cut right down to the water, while a little farther inland the Chic-Chocs reach heights of over 4,000 feet and get hit with some of the best snow in the East.
