Getting food fresh from the fields or sea is a great way to eat, especially if you are from a country inundated with crappy processed food!

STREET MARKET

Buying a fresh meal from a street vendor or at a market is not only a culturally adventurous thing to do, it will likely be cheap and damn tasty! One of my favorite things about Vietnam was eating the steaming pho, the bbq pork, egg sandwiches and fried squid from sidewalk vendors. Every five feet revealed a new gastronomical offering!
