Louisiana: A culture of cooking

A Louisiana native and owner of the classic Cajun restaurant Mosquito Supper Club, Melissa Martin takes us deep into some of the richest culinary heritage in the country. Her New Orleans-based restaurant started small and continues to support local fishermen, crabbers, and Louisiana culture by bringing traditional foods to the table to be enjoyed by both locals and visitors from around the world.
