The Golf courses here are a mega treat if you get here in the summer. I also highly recommend those giant blow up balls you can get inside, and pummel down the rivers. This last Summer living her was almost as fun as when it’s covered in snow

A must visit for the kids as well is the Monkido Ropes Course. The kids are not going to want to leave that one at the end of the day. The great thing is that while the kids are doing the ropes course, the parents can go and do Zoom, Whistler other Zip Line adventure.

I love being able to call Vancouver home!! And knowing that Whistler is only a short drive away, this makes me happy because it reminds me that being a tourist in my own town is pretty friggin’ sweet !

Things start to get rainy in October, so September would be a great month to visit. It is usually sunny and warm (average high temp. is 20°C /68°F), but can surprise with cloudy/cool days. And it’s still a month before the snow begins.

Thanks for the info. Will be in Whistler in the fall. Can you tell me the type of weather in Sept? Might try the zip lining, though not big on height and speed.

Nice roundup. I’ve done a few of these things in Whistler…zip-trekking was awesome! Such a beautiful area. It’s one thing I miss about Vancouver.

My boyfriend will LOVE this! We’re thinking of going there next winter to go skiing, and knowing that the place also is good for mountain biking will make him want to go there even more.
