Kimberly Groninga is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Northern Iowa where she teaches writing, literature, and theatre. She also works as a freelance writer and editor and her work has appeared in American Fitness, North American Review, and over a dozen small-press literary journals. She has spent time in Honduras and Hungary and a couple other countries whose names do not begin with an H. She loves animals—especially dogs, guinea pigs, and rescued farm animals.
