Molly McCahan is a San Francisco-based freelance writer and editor whose work has appeared in Common Ground, Sierra, and the SF/SPCA's Our Animals magazine. She recently returned home after a 14-month, 27-country trip around the world. She and her husband are currently working on a book proposal about their journey.
