Rishi has over 12 years of experience working on some of the most pioneering work in the healthcare industry. While at Deloitte Consulting, he played a critical role in KP HealthConnect - Kaiser Permanente's transition from paper-based care to electronic medical records based care. He then went on to play a critical role in building One Medical Group - an innovative new model for high quality, accessible, and affordable primary care that received widespread acclaim in major media. Developments during his tenure at One Medical Group included: 3.6x membership growth, 2.6x provider headcount growth, 3x administrative staff headcount growth, and successful transition of the company from Series D to $20M Series E funding. Over the last 4 years, Rishi has worked on developing and expanding use of technology that uses predictive mathematical modeling to help caregivers prevent adverse events and lower healthcare costs. Rishi was born in India. He came to the United States lawfully as an undergraduate student in 1997 at the age of 18. He holds an undergraduate degree in Physics from Grinnell College, an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a graduate degree in business from Washington University in St. Louis.
