Now that Halloween is officially for 20-35 year-olds as much as it is for kids (and, wow, are there a lot of older folks panicking about that), wouldn’t it be interesting to see how adults celebrate similar holidays around the world? An artist from Play Like Mum thought so.
Below are some examples of what other countries, from Japan to Poland to Mexico, have come up to celebrate life, honor the dead, and scare their neighbors. They may not have creative costumes like “Sexy Fake News” (yes, a thing), but there are some traditions that make our Halloween look pretty tame in comparison.
