EP 11: I met the WORLD'S BEST CHEF, Massimo Bottura, in RIMINI!

Food + Drink Humor Solo Travel Art + Architecture Culture Budget Travel Interviews Black Travel Restaurants + Bars Music + Nightlife

I have to admit, it felt a bit like we were royalty here in Rimini. We hung out at the Grand Hotel and got to toast with Andrea Gassi, mayor of Rimini and also Massimo Bottura, who has been voted the world's number one chef. The whole vibe here in this part of Italy’s Adriatic coast is all about living it up. That goes for the food (check out the local cheese, Squacquerone), the beach, and the nightlife. Speaking of which, our hostel, the Sunflower, lived up to its reputation as one of the world’s great party hostels. What are some of your favorite places in Italy? Let us know in the comments!
