1. @DreamEuroTrip

DJ Yabis describes himself as the Queen of Europe. His travel blog, Dream Euro Trip, is about stylish adventures in Europe and around the world. He’s lived and traveled all over Europe since 2009 and blogs about the best beaches, parties, festivals, and things to do on his favorite continent. He also loves helping fellow developing-nation passport holders get that dreaded Schengen visa. When he’s not traveling, you’ll find him throwing dinner parties and weekend brunches at his apartment in Germany.

2. @globetrottergirls

Dani Heinrich is a queer vagabonding writer and photographer who runs Globetrotter Girls, a travel website sharing inspiring travel stories, hard-earned travel information, and LGBT experiences to help independent travelers plan their own adventures. Dani, originally from Germany, has lived abroad since 2006 and has been nomadic since April 2010. She originally started blogging and traveling with her partner and when they separated in early 2014 decided to keep traveling solo and continue to share her travel stories on Globetrotter Girls. With the motto “One Globe. No Regrets,” Dani’s traveled in more than 50 countries on four continents and has no plans to stop any time soon.

3. @buttonandbly

Christina Bly and Lauren ‘Button’ Aadland describe themselves as “two inexperienced knuckleheads traveling the world with no idea what they’re doing.” In reality, they’re actually awesome at documenting their adventures on their YouTube channel and blog. They show a fun, youthful way to travel and see the world without ever taking themselves too seriously.

4. @lezbackpack

LezBackPack is the brainchild of Melissa Langley and Constance Taylor. They met in South Korea in 2011 and are currently both teaching ESL in Seoul. LezBackPack is a lesbian travel and lifestyle blog focusing on wellness and travel hacks. Start following their adventure now because they’re about to set off on an around-the-world tour this November.

5. @wearewaterproof

Erinn and Ce’Lene are a lesbian couple from Seattle. They recently quit their jobs and took off to travel the world. Their Instagram shows their adventures through nine different countries in the last four months. Their goal is to contribute to the visibility of queer people of color and inspire everyone to travel and see what this world has to offer. Follow their adventure at www.wearewaterproof.com.

6. @lorenzatessari

Lorenza Tessari is a college student and avid traveler living with her girlfriend in northern Italy. Her Instagram is full of stunning photos of them around Europe and feels a bit like you’re witnessing someone’s personal love story. Lorenza is studying political science and human rights but clearly has a natural knack for photography. Her photos have been featured all over Instagram. Obviously, since she has more than 1,900 followers, I’m not her only fan.
