Ray’s mum has always described him as having itchy feet and he agrees. He classes himself as a ‘nomadic chef’ and has been on the move since he permanently left his home in England at the age of 19. Since leaving he has lived and worked in 7 countries and is as comfortable with a backpack on his back as he is with a knife in his hand. Curiosity, culture and cuisine are the fuel that drives him and as to what’s next, well that’s all part of the excitement.
