Having an entire row to yourself is a dream for many air travelers, so when we heard this guy said he got an entire plane to himself, we were pretty jealous. As it turns out, however, he never left the ground.
As reported by The Points Guy, when passenger Vincent Peone arrived at his gate, he was told he would be the only passenger on his Delta flight from Aspen, Colorado, to Salt Lake City, Utah, after his initial flight was grounded. He boarded the plane, and the plane made it to the runway, but then encountered mechanical difficulties, forcing Peone to disembark and board a different flight. Unfortunately, that means he never actually got the solo VIP flying experience we all believed he did.
