Located only 90 minutes from New York City, up in the Catskills is Wildflower Farms. A new Auberge Resorts property, the five-star hotel sits in a rural placement where the Hudson River Valley meets the foothills of the Catskill mountain range. The design of the property more closely resembles a Napa Valley luxury hotel than the more traditional resort found in the Catskills.
