A GLOBALIZED WORLD MEANS THAT SOMETIMES, we’re going to come across company names that we just can’t pronounce. I pass a Santander Bank everyday, always thinking of it as “Sant-ANN-dur.” Then, last week, I heard an ad for the bank pronouncing it “Sahn-tahn-DAIR.”
