Amanda has a degree in English and Intercultural studies and has spent extended time in Southeast Asia and traveling to various other areas of the world. She's taught English as a second language abroad and is TEFL certified. She spent the past year living in India and enjoyed writing about her travels. Amanda loves going to places that people normally don’t hear about and working with the indigenous people there. Learning about cultures and working with women and children at risk are what she is most passionate about – writing about these topics is what she loves to do.
