Winter Storm Jonas hit New York City a little harder than any of us could have planned. The forecast jumped from 8 inches to 12 inches to 20 inches every hour or so, and when all was said and done, a whopping 30.5 inches fell on the Big Apple in 24 hours. By 2:30 PM, all roads were closed. However, that didn’t stop Casey Neistat, who went out and tore the absolute hell out of the open streets. It’s one day later, and we haven’t begun to thaw, but things are heating up regardless.
