Airbnb is making finding your dream vacation rental easier with a new trophy feature. The latest highlight allows you to find the top 1 percent, 5 percent, or 10 percent homes according to guesting ratings and reviews and host reliability in your chosen location. The top listings can now be found under the filter “Guest Favorites.” Those with outstanding hosting histories will showcase a gold trophy symbol.

With this new feature, finding your perfect vacation rental is a breeze. Simply filter your search by selecting “Guest Favorites.” The top listings, marked with a gold trophy symbol, are the cream of the crop, with outstanding hosting histories and high guest ratings it’s your assurance of a great stay.
To qualify, the listing must have had at least five reviews in the past two years. The highlight will be updated regularly and will depend on overall star ratings, recent guest reviews, host communication, cancellation rates, and quality-related issues that have been reported to Airbnb.
“We’re constantly working to provide new information from fellow guests, to help guests narrow and select the best listing for their needs — from Guest Favorites, to reviews, and now our new highlights for top homes,” says Airbnb in a recent statement. “And these features are having a positive impact: Guest Favorites listings have seen over 100 million nights booked since we launched the feature,” the company continues.
