USING 2016 DATA from USA TODAY, Reddit user Sendherhome22 created a map to show each state’s most Instagrammed spots according to the Geo-Tag locator on the app.

While many universities across the country are the most Instagrammed places, national parks and natural wonders, such as Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Canyon, are extremely popular as well.
Americans all over the country love their sports, so, unsurprisingly, stadiums and arenas are very well represented on this map.
Portland’s airport is Oregon‘s top Instagrammed spot and although we know that PDX’s carpet is a lovely shade of teal, there are many natural spots we would have liked to see getting all the attention.
