It includes two bunk beds and a couch that converts into a queen size bed, a good size kitchen with energy efficient appliances, and a composting toilet. The whole thing is made with locally-sourced and sustainable materials and is equipped with solar panels that allow you to be off the grid for up to 5 days at a time.
