China’s Surreal Wave Valley Is a Glimpse Into Another World
Located at the foot of Tianmen Mountain, China, Wave Valley is one of the most picturesque places on Earth. Also known as Langshan Mountain, the valley is a hidden gem located in the Hunan Province of China, known for its towering cliffs, lush green foliage and crystal-clear waters. The area has been inhabited for thousands of years and was once home to several powerful dynasties who used it as their power base throughout much of China’s history. Today, many historical sites remain scattered throughout the valley, allowing visitors to get an up-close look at some of China’s rich heritage.
