If you’re a NFL diehard fan, this job opportunity is a great way to dive deep into your obsession. Marriott, a sponsor of the NFL, is looking for a correspondent to attend four games this year — in Minneapolis, Mexico City, London, and the Super Bowl in Atlanta — with the goal of “uncovering unique and interesting stories of NFL fan passion on the ground.” The Marriott Courtyard NFL Global Correspondent will benefit from VIP access to games, fully-covered travel expenses, and will receive $7,500 for their time and effort.
However, this isn’t a job for the casual, fair-weather fan. You’ll need to possess an in-depth knowledge of the game, and since much of the required content will be video-based, you should feel at home in front of the camera. You’ll also need to to have a membership with the Marriott Rewards or SPG loyalty program, as well as a schedule that allows you to travel to games on October 28th, November 4th, November 19th, and February 3rd.
To apply, simply fill out the online form by midnight on September 23rd, and show off your passion for the game with a 60-second video submission. The winner will be announced on October 16th.
