Croatia

Croatia has a long Adriatic coastline and over 1000 islands, where you can kick back on sandy beaches such as Mlaska beach on Hvar Island, cosy up with your loved one in a secluded cove near Vrbnik, or even get your kit off at a nudist beach on Lokrum Island.

The country has eight national parks, such as the mountainous, forested Risnjak National Park, and the city of Dubrovnik is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We’ve written about life in the laid back cafe culture of Zagreb, hiking the Plitvice Lakes National Park, exploring Hvar Island, and can even hook you up with a Croatia expert, Mr Balkan.
