Croatia has a long Adriatic coastline and over 1000 islands, where you can kick back on sandy beaches such as Mlaska beach on Hvar Island, cosy up with your loved one in a secluded cove near Vrbnik, or even get your kit off at a nudist beach on Lokrum Island.
The country has eight national parks, such as the mountainous, forested Risnjak National Park, and the city of Dubrovnik is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
