Your certified instructor will provide you with a diving mask, a quality wetsuit to keep you warm, thick diving boots to keep your feet safe from injury, and a personal scooter to propel you through the water. All you need to bring is a towel and sunscreen. Tours are suitable for swimmers of all levels from ages 16 to 75.
The bay itself is a protected reserve that is home to a variety of marine wildlife, including the eastern sea blue groper, octopus, and cuttlefish. Famous for its impeccable visibility, it’s Sydney’s only underwater nature trail.
