Nevada has over 6,000,000 acres of protected wilderness. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is hiking, climbing, and mountain biking all over the desert and the Sierra Nevada, water sports and skiing at Lake Tahoe, and fishing at Cave and Ruby Lakes.
