The Contiki Storytellers: Costa Rica contest, which was proudly supported by Matador Network, asked travelers to share where they feel closest to nature. Hundreds of video, photo, and written submissions came in from all around the world, and our panel of judges narrowed them down to three winning entries:
The three winners joined Matador Ambassador Alex Strohl on a Contiki Cares conservation trip throughout Costa Rica, where they spent time tracking leatherback turtles with the Sea Turtle Conservancy in Tortuguero. Best part? They got to work alongside celebrated documentary filmmaker and Contiki sustainability partner Celine Cousteau, the ultimate environmental storyteller.
